UNDELIVERY OF PASSPORT

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Kamal Bist have applied for a passport on urgentbasis that has successfully despatched by authorities through SPEED POST, having article no. EP950910635IN on dt. 17/03. But till date i havent received the same. Whenever i goes to authorities of postal department they send me otherway and today is 3rd day, i am visiting in every postal offices of district yamuna nagar to get my passport byhand. It is not easy to get a leave for 3 days for a Private job employee. At last i got the contact no. of post man Mr. Krishan by other postman and i told to Mr. Krishan (the postman of our area) regarding the same, he said that particular area not comer under him. Now he resend the Passport back to Chandigarh. I am totally mentally harrassed by such kind of service by postal department. Although he delivered the Dak for the same villege, that is alloted to him and it is being 16 year to living in the same address and no dak is distributing there. We have given so many application to Main Post Office regarding non delivery of deliverables of our area but no action has taken place.

Due to carelessness and laizyness of postman i am suffereing now.

So you are requested please take some necessary & justified action against the Postman and Postal department of Booria postoffice distt. Yamuna Nagar
