This is testing center rather than a company.one can join this company by paying 10-15, 000 and undergo training for 6 months where you can learn well about you lecturers... they will have some ppts were they say as highly confidential but consists only of 12th basic concepts and google searches on testing... lecturers mugup everying and teach like oxford professors... later based on your performance such as (laughing time, bathroom time, praising the HR and other senior testers) you will be given the ransom amount of 5, 000 after your useless training for six months and as a gift you will be subjected to the 2 years bond. The selection and your appraisal; will be basd on
1.CEO and management level references
2.HR level references
3.increment will based on praising of HR, praising them to the lowest level such as giving lunch and making pranks
They are well known for their false references to any employees. They dont give a proper feedback on any of the employees who leave the company even they properly resigned, which will result in the employee cant get job anywhere. They deduct the tax from salaries every month but they dont pay to the Government, except for few of the employees. Since most of the employees will be leaving their jobs in middle of the year. There is no professional ethics in this company. This is the IT company with full of politics.there are senior team level fights based on their supermacy but not even able to spell the english alphabets in a row... they even cant converse in english but working for us clients
Theres a saying in the company If a person asks about when he/she will be into the project that "CEO" says to a girl if she is not married when are you going to marry? If she is married he would ask when are you going to give me grand children (just for this dialogue people will be bounded hats off to him) If a boy goes to him he will ask to consult with team leader about his performance... there are two ugly trainers known for their politics. Management is very political and diplomatic in nature, they play there game plan against employee with very sweet tong manner. CEO and trainers of company say "Sir" to himself, how funny, and interfere to personal life of professional to gain his/her personal information, and he shows he is like your father to eliminate professional entity of the professional. If he is true elder they why he puts his employees into fire of overwork. Even my driver gets 7, 000-8, 000 per month who not even done puc... so pls seve people on performance and not on their tongue works
Finally, tea is not good. It’s just a sugar and water. Please increase the budget of Tea so that we’ll get a milky tea: o)
