HDFC BANK LTD
Not receive relieving latter and full & final settlement amount

Dear sir,

I was working with HDFC Bank Ltd at Kapadwanj branch from 12/06 to 02/03 as a branch insurance co-ex. I have already submitted my resignation letter as well as co-ex exit checklist. But till date I have not received my relieving letter nor full & final settlement amount. my salary is not credited since last three months (dec-09, jan & feb-10).

So its my humble request to you for taking positive steps in this regards.
