First time in my professional career of last 9 years i have been put to sheer exploitation at the hands of the company "THE MOBILE STORE LTD" one of the sister concern of ESSAR GROUP. Details of the grievances with the company is as under:-
1.My candidature retrenchment without notice & without reason.
2.Forceful resignation taken.
3.Suffering since March 09 due to job loss financially & morally
4 .Relieving letter not given by HR even after regular mails since feb09 till date (even no due mail recd from finance deptt of THE MOBILE STORE LTD for relieving letter providance) due to which suffering carrerwise.
5.Forceful debiting of my full & final settlement amount of 23783/-under finance recovery without informing me after eleven months of leaving the organisation werein during my tenure as store manager i had recd my proper salary from oct07 to jan09.Carrying a good past record of employment with max page, connect & spice telecom (carrying appreciation letters from previous employers)
6.Carrying the record of follow up mails & receipt of no due
mail from finance deptt for relieving letter providance & full & final dues clearance since 10feb 09 till date.
7.I was forced to work till 11:30 pm at night. After fighting for so long forwarding this complaint for justice against employee harrassment & female exploitation.
Hence after going thru all this kindly suggest me what to do wherein company has deaf ears to my complaints since last 11 months wherein i am sending regular mails to provide relieving letter, clear full & final dues of 23783/-, compensation to salary loss of 11 months (approx 1.50lacs). Suffering healthwise due to mental stress & non cooperation at the hands of HR (leena singla based at Panchkula). I have also registered my complaint with corecentre.com & website of RTI ACT 2005.I had recd support from corecentre & they had forwarded my concern to the company but still HR says that they will not bother what core centre says.
Hope you will help me in getting justice as all my well wishers & colleagues suggest me to go legal & even i approached an advocate but legal process is very long. Probably with your help my wait for justice will come to an end. My employee code is 20013600
