Dear Sir

I Applied for PF Withdrawal on 27/08. Receiving no reply from your end I again sent a fresh application through my former employer Indo Asian Fuse Gear Ltd. I also sent Xerox copy of my passbook so as to facilitate the transfer of Due PF Amount to my savings account (214540- United Bank of India, 140 Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata - 4) again I sent a reminder in the first week of december'10. But I regret to inform you that I have not received any amount nor have I received any communication from your end. You are requested to look in to the matter an give me an early reply for which I shall be obliged with you.
