Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd
EPF of both the sides not diposited

I had worked with " Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd" having registered office at 43-C Mittal Tower Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 in capacity of National Sales Manager for six and half month. It was mutual consensus seperation and was assured to settle my account immediate.

Now I came to know that though EPF was deducted from my salary but neither my part of amount nor Employer part (as agreed) were diposited with Government Body (EPF).

The owner " Ajay Goyal" is not responding to my queries (mails) nor allowing others (GM) to settle the account.

Expect your interference to EPF fraud and let similar treatment not happens to existing employees of the company.
