EPS Settlement

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with ref to my EPS settlement amount from my PF Account # KN/BN/10088/107053 (Infosys, Bangalore). Infosys settled my EPF on 27/06 and have supplied instructions to send the EPS withdraw form FORM-10C to Infosys Technologies Ltd PF/SA Fund Trust, C/o Infosys Technologies Ltd, Hosur Road, Bangalore which would transfer the amount to the bank account supplied in the form. But so far EPS settlement has not happened till date.
