Hon'ble Officer,

I have transfered my Provident Fund amount from P.F.No. MH 20019 /

5060 to P.F. No. KN / BN / 34445 / 479 when I called CMS COMPUTERS

LTD. about my Provident Fund, I got reply that my Provident Fund

amount is transfered to P.F. No. KN / BN / 34445 / 479.

When I asked Inkowtech India Pvt. Ltd. they asked me to contact

The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. I am forwarding same e-mail with

details.

Please help me geting my Provident Fund amount.

My PF withdrawal forms has been submitted by Inknowtech Pvt.

Ltd. on19th Feb in Regional PF office, singasandra, Hosur road,

Bangalore.

My PF Number is MH / 20019 / 5060 & KN / BN / 34445 / 479.
