Myself Piyush Bansal, worked at IOL CYBERTECH PVT LTD as Product Manager. For the Financial Year company has deducted TDS 50416.67 but they have deposited to Central Government as 34835.
When I questioned about the same in Mar so they assured me that they will issue me the rest of the money in 1-2 days and since the time I'm following up with them but they are ignoring my request and simply giving me dates n dates.
Every time he [Mr. Shreerang Atlaye] made excuse like Mr. Asish Deora [MD] is out station/ himself Mr. Shreerang Atlaye [Financial Controller] out of station/ Ms. Kanchan Dhuri [Accountant] not in the office.
Even they issued me the Form 16 [Financial year: 2009] in Aug which again create a lot more pain for me to File my ITR. Same Form-16 issuance case they created in previous financial year [2008] too.
I'm really in frustration as what to do for this TDS issue.
Please help me out or guide me to tackle this issue.
