Not getting Provident fund

Respected sir/madam

Myself Ajay sharma from Haryana (karnal). Sir i join IPCA company as a Medical representative in Panipat HQ . My joining Date is 3-dec and my resining date is 10-sep. sir yet i am not receive my PF. I fill some farm for getting PF but no response coming from company member. Plz help me to getting my PF.
