Ipca labs Ltd mumbai
EPF form not signed

Dear Sir,

I worked with the Ipca labs ltd. company from dec to march. I submitted the EPF withdrawl form to the company but I didn't recieve the attested EPF form or any correspondence from the company regarding the EPF .

so you are requested to do the favour and help me in releasing the same attested and duly filled form the company. onething more i want to add that i don't have any details of the EPF deposited by the company kindly help me to withdraw the same.
