PF not received

Dear sir,

I have resigned from my previous employer named "I process"Ambattur chennai in aug after completing scheduled notice period by my employer. I submitted the PF form in april to the HR office. They said within max of 6 month claim will be credited, but till date no conformation or any mail either. I have sent several letters to the PF Kandivali office, but no response at all. So plz advice what to do?
