PF Not Refunded

My Name is Sonal Singh, employee code C21966.

I left the company in 2008 and inspight of writting/calling the office I have not received my money deposited with IProcess in PF a/c.

Whenever I call them up they say that it is in process and the cheque will come to your house.

Its been so long, should I file a legal notice to them.
