FRAUD SALES TECHNIQUES & PRACTICES going on in IYOGI TECHNICAL SERVICES Gurgaon haryana

customer that their Computer has gone bad No MATTER IF ITS A BRAND NEW COMPUTER as well. convensing them by fake techniques that our MICROSOFT engineer will help you.

IYOGI TEAM LEADERS and MANAGERS ask the agents to use Totally False and Fake Pitch they ask the customer their Card No. on the phone manually and referring the customer on the bases that if customer is calling for

Macfee or Norton they Say ‘YES We are Mac-fee, or Norton’. This is totally fake and false as theye are not Macfee or Nortan.

At the time of recession and Unemployment in US the customers are already very disappointed and have limited source of income . they save their money for the later stage of their life or if their is an emergency in their families

In Such a case if the customer has been made a fool and wrongly sold any thing and they are been charged $139 which has now been changed to $ 169 then the Customer call definitely call back for the Refund of their Amount and the Agent who PITCHED in for that SALE with Due Permission and Pressure for Sales From his Team Leader would get penalized and Ultimately get TERMINATED by the Company without any WRITEN or VERBAL WARNING. the same happen with me aswell.

The company hire people and give them insufficient training and just pass the employees to the production Floor to take calls. They make the agents pitch using Faulse & Fake convening techniques to the customer making the customers Fool nad take out money from the customers pocket in for IYOGI Subscribtions for Sales 1 year 2 year an 3 year support plans and the script they use for pitching in for sale to the customers is that " YOU ARE TALKING TO A "MICROSOFT CERTIFIED ENGINEER" which is totally false as their is no Microsoft certified agents on the floor and no matter whatever issue customer face even if it's a hardware failure issue they make it converted to a Software issue and create a pitcher in the mind of

Moreover if the customer does not agrees the agents give them time to make the payment in next month creating a Diret Debit on their Bank Account or asking them to pay by PAY PAL in which the Money gets directly transferd to the AVP and the CEO of the Company directly.

Listening to such things such a thing customer gets convened Customer thinks they are actually talking to the Macfee or Norton original tech Support phone no. give away their Credit card No. Supposingly if the custome goes in the market and enquire about the truth and come to know that they have been misguided and been cheated.

IYOGI is not at all Employee Centric Company as they Hire people and FIRE them if they not Crack SALES and generate revenue for the company by which the Managers and Tram leaders get Alott of Incentives in their salaries, and the normal agent does not get even a small percentage of the Profit for them.

IYOGI is not at all Employee Centric Company at all if you go for any further complain to your managers they will not at all listen to you and straight away Terminate You from the companies without any verbal or writen Prior warnings

The Companies AVP Mrs Shruti beeing at a seniour position does not act like a professional and shows atitute in front of her employees she whould never listen to any complain carried forward by a normal advisor in the company and she jst goes by the words of thr fraud Team Leaders & the managers Words what ever faulse

.i was working sincerely towards my duties. I was working properly and also trying to improve my weakly Stats, I was working whole heatedly towards it. I got a Cap letter which I duly signed and accepted. But my PS and team Leader forcefully asked me to write down on the paper all the concerns he had about me and ask me to sign on it, or else he would terminate me straight away.

The next day I came back to work and lodged into my station but my manager again called me up and ask me to leave on an immediate basis. Without giving me any reason what so ever happened all of a sudden

This is not at all what i thought when i joined the organization the image of the company has definatly gone down this type of unprofessional Behavior Towards Employees will never let the company flourish in future.
