with due respect i would like to submit in your kind consideration that I have worked with jindal industries ltd from june to november as a associate manager logistic. I have applied for my pf on sep 2009.In this additon i would like to tell u that I took the signature of mp delhi in the colum of employer signature after putting all the related documents.after one month when i asked to the pf department they have told me that you missed one colum for signature and i sent again after correction.after one month i follwed with mr anil bhati and honestly he accepted it that they already sent my form to my company regarding one signature.he even gave me assurance that there is nothing in our procedute and policy that any company could hold your pf.when i spoke with the h r manager of jindal industries he denied that he got any documents.now i am still in problem and my pf has not been released so far. I will send u all the required photos when i got reply from ur side.
