Cheating for Job

I am Prashanth, who is jobless since last April was really in need of Job. I was cheated by one person named Satyendra Padhy who is working for Fujitsu - Pune, as SAP FICO consultant. He made a deal with me that he will teach me SAP in one month and he will attend interview for me, and within a 15days after completing SAP training offer letter of 6lacs package will be in my hand. as reward for that i should pay him one month salary of mine. and this deal was held in the month of June he has taken few classes for 5-8days then he got some assignment form his noida customer and he left to noida in the month of July. last month end he came back and there is no any further process in this regard. and he has taken Rs.15, 000/- as advance. Due to delay i said i dont want to continue with this deal, and i asked for return of my money. He is refusing for the same. My fault is i relied on unknown person and i didnt collected any proof for payment of my advance. One more thing i heared that as a SAP consultant giving any company's Business Blue Print is Crime. I got some of BBP from his mail id. Please anyone help me to get my money back.

As i am still jobless its difficult to me to manage my family financially. (have 1yr old kid)
