J.S. Employment Agencies is Chennai based pvt employment agency who runs their office in Mylapore. I wanted to approach them and enquired for that in my chennai friends. My friends said that they (J.S. Employment Agency) will charge asn communication fee very less amount (Rs. 110) as from the job seekers who has experience and high amount (Rs. 1100) from the persons who are freshers or not known chennai well. They tells to job seekers to pay security deposit depending upon job seekers look and to pay 2 months salary to them. My friends also commented that paying 2 months salary is not at all an issue provided good job through JS employement agency. The big worry is that they will find a vacant position in job sites (naukri/monster) and inform to job seekers who are registered with their agencies to go for an interview to that cos. After reaching those for an interview that cos will say they never ask or to give the resume to security or any trainee/HR officer may speak to the job seekers. Sometimes those cos wanted candidates and luckily he may get a job. But salaries are too poor for the candiates who are getting job through this agency.
That lucky candidates who are experienced gets very low salary. samples: MCA-7000/-, BE-6000/-, MBA-6000/-, Bcom-4000/-, Dip-2500/- with 3 years BOND.
Overall this JS Employment Agency don't follow the professional ethics and put the job seekers in trouble. After hearing from my friends all these things one of my friend had bad experience (Agency asked my friend to visit 25 cos for interview but those cos never called him and replied handover your CV then we will get back) by this agency and wanted to post complaint.
