JSON SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is company with no values. They force there senior Hr people to take money from candidates in cash so that there will be no proof that company is taking money.
After a lot frustration i am complaining here, because i can, t see a company doing like this, .
i worked in that company, i enquired about my salary a lot times. but there was no response. I was posted there as a Projects Head.
In starting Company comited me they have a head office in HYDEARBAD, but they they turned me on as a guy came from hyderabad. I didnt understand firstly later i understood.
They asked me to get the projects and if there was any client expenses then company was ready to pay. I got them many projects but they never turned on with any quotation, simply they didn, t had any professional. They were trying to get the small website work done from outside.
Finally when i turned on one day saying you shouldn, t take money from students who are joining your organization and asking about my projects, they said me like i have not got any offer of employment from the company and they made me wait for two days for my salary and now its already more than 2 and Half months
After few days i relocated to other state and i got a letter from them stating that they are terminating me from the company and again they were calling me to company to time pass with me when i raised my remaining salary issue.
I asked them to send me a mail from the accounts dept so that i can see how much is remaining salary and intimated them that yes i have a signed copy of offer cum employment letter from the HR department.
Finally the statement from the companies Director Mr. Vijayender Singh, who has shown himself as Mr. Vijay Kaushik process Head in the company warns me to come company in very bad tone.
So Dear Friends.
If a company is treating with there senior employee, s like this how will the company sustain.
