Dear Sir,
I have not received my salary from Kanchan International Limited. I have worked only for one month in this company, was drawing 5.04 lac P.A. package, offered designation as MANAGER-ACCOUNTS.have join this co on 29th of April.but i suddenly left the co due to not having hygiene working atmosphere, no A.C, dirty toilet, no clean water for drink, lots of false promises to people which turn to unwanted hyper tension of Job which caused to leave this company by me, as i felt ill for more than 15 days. The same has been inform to Ms. Pratibha (HR & MCT Member).she has holdup my salary even having inform the same; as this co usually treat the same to other employee, i have discontinued this co.by 4th of July. have asked for salary for working days but MD & HR denied to give the same
as the company is run by Mr. Dinesh Khimavat having false promised to employee but not paying on time and putting unnecessary pressure of work without having adequate working facility.kindly suggest the way forward to get my payment
