Respected sir,
I would like to invite your kind attention to my complaint regarding the unavailability of PF WITHDRAWAL FUND vide my withdrawal application that submitted to my previous employer (KARVY STOCK BROKING COMPANY LTD, HYDERABAD) at Regional Office at KOCHI. on 26th November. 2009.
I have been worked with the company nearly 4 years as an Asst. Manager since 20th September to 16th September. I have resigned from the organization on 16th September as I have some service disputes with the company. I believe my PF contribution along with employer’s part has been paid to PF without fail during my service period with reference to above cited PF NUMBER.
When I contacted the concerned personnel at Kochi on 16th January, she has replied me that all documents were forwarded on 03rd December to the Head Office at Hyderabad and she has forwarded me the reply that she got from H.O. As per that communication on 18th January I can understand that my PF application for withdrawal was on hold at Head Office. Vide that reply HO personnel has informed that they will go to submit the same on the next day to the PF Authorities.
But later I came to know that the PF WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION was still on hold at the HO due to grudge from senior managers against me.
In this situation,
1. How I will claim my PF WITHDRAWAL to the PF Officials?
2. If I cannot claim directly to PF, what are other solutions?
3. If I want to make a complaint against the company, to whom I have to forward?
Kindly guide in this regard at the earliest.
