Why have I been not getting payment since 3 moths

I have been doing captcha entry project from KOLOTIBABLO.COM since 2nd Jan. I finished 12000 entries. but I did not any payment.and in second month all entries deducted daily 500-800. Now they are 900 only. I hope this is cheeting company.how do I get my payment
