I absolutely! agree to whatever has been mentioned by Shruti those jack ass don’t even know what KPMG stands for. I worked in this bloody shit company for about 4 months in 2011 and went Thur hell which i cant explain. This gal Shruti has rightly said everything and i applause her knowledge and courage.. KPMG Kasarwadi office has people full of shit specially the manger and Team leaders, the team leaders who happen to be the oldest employees are just looking for an Opportunity to lick there bosses ass and go to any extent for it.
But there were some good employee who warned us about the oldest employee and their behavior and no doubt they were true. I did hear stories about guys being underrated in appraisal for no issues, and forced to resign.
One thing is 4 sure this is the worst thing happening in the history of KPMG, Tax, Audit and Advisory hope the rest of the KPMG will do something save it reputation.
To prove a point just look at the attrition rate, out of 10 employee who join 7-8 will leave within a 5-6 months some within a month or two. KPMG background check
