Delay in EPF Refund from Karnal EPF Office

Dear sir,

my check no. 109081 & 156406 return to EPf office karnal by bank due to wrong address . i send a application and photostate copy of bank passbook for right address to karnal EPF office.this case is pending from 1 month after my application.

my EPF a/c no. is 18097/52.so please help me.
