It is sorry to say about that some of the H.R consultancy firms are doing fake & highly illegal iinterview conductment. One of those consultancy firm, Ladder18 Solutions is on the pick.
On 14.06.10 one of the Recruiting executive named Mr. Vikash send me a message from 160/2.com stating that, they have an excellent job opportunity as Research Analyst & send your updated resume. I did call to the number from where the call came (91-987372710) & the executive told me that tomorrow give him a call at 13.30 (15.06.10).
He said that he will be busy in the meeting in the morning & on 16.06.10 interview will be conducted for that particular research firm.
When i did call on 10.06.10 at 13.27 p.m, the executive gave the information that the resumes being shortlisted & he is very sorry for that. So, i did call to the H.R head (91 9873805552), he listen to my facts & said that you are from Bengal & you do not have neutral accent. So we can not give you the opportunity.
So, it is clearly visualized that the consultancy firm is making fake commitment & not giving respect to the people from West-Begal. Actually they do not have any modestness in their CSR .
I do concern all candidates to avoid this company calls.
