I was working in Leadsoft solutions Pvt Ltd, till sep 2009 .But they didnot paid my salary from April - Sep 2009 .They were early saying that they will pay us but as of now they have not paid the settlement. CEO of the compant Mr. PSS and HR as of now not taking the things serously and giving excuses. Need to take the correct and legal action as there are so many ex employees who are not paid. Now we are afraid as Leadsoft solution Pvt Ltd, 501-502 Sej Plaza, Malad (W) is acquired by some other company. That new company has taken the Assets but not the Liabilities. So we are concern for the dues pending from Leadsoft which is not yet paid.
Can anyone help me the correct way to go for the leagal action and what would be the best way to get the Full and final Settlement.
