I joined Lemon Fresh Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi in mid of Feb of this year 2011. They offered me salary of 25, 000 per month and also mentioned that the incentives will depend upon the amount of business I earn for the company. I asked in the interview about the salary details and it was never told to me that nothing (not even the basic salary) will be paid if you do not achieve 60% of your target.
Being a fresher in an Industry, I do not understand how can they make such rules and also not informing the candidate about the same. Why the hell they take freshers if they want to pay people (even the basic salary) who achieve 60% of the target.
In Feb. end when I asked about my salary, I was told that half month salary is not processed so, I will be given 1.5 months salary in March end or First week of April. I was little worried about the compensation part so I used to ask my boss regularly about it and I was told, through out the period, that I will be given salary so I should not worry. But when the march end came, I was told that I will be given salary only if I achieve 60% of my target which was 60% of 2.5Lakhs, i.e. 1.5Lakhs.
They also made this statement that it has been mentioned in your offer letter, which in actual is a line so general that it does not clear this point of basic salary. It only said that your compensation increments will be based on your performance.
I was helpless and didn't know what to do. And they did not pay me even a single penny for all the work I did there. Also about expenses I had for staying in Delhi for that time period, I had to ask my parents to pay for it.
The whole company, the whole structure is fraud and also people in that company. Beware of this ****ing Lemon Fresh Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
