Not giving proper salary

Hi

I am working In Lesconcierges service pvt.ltd from past jan to till date & dis company is located in Kormangala behind BDA complex.

Our working days will count as 21st to 20th with work period they have issue a salary within 10th but they will issue completion of next.

Totally to get for 1 month salary we need to work other month also in advance. Please kindly take an action against them & do the needful.
