Hi Myself SHREEMOYEE RAHA, I am persuing MBA from PTU, i have got an offer of job from the LOCAI INDIA as a HR EXECUTIVE . I have joined the company on w.e.f July 24th for the project of SHIPRA REAL STATE COMPANY (creation of Annual Appraisal Report).
My concern is that after the successful completion of the project Mr. Suvendu Ghoshal (Chief Executive /Owner) treated me very badly in front of the staff and creating a lot of mental pressure so that i leave the company.
also when i asked for the salary for the days i have worked for, he always tends to postponed the date by giving lame execuses.
As per my knowledge the company is also illegally running in the residential appartment (East end appartment near new ashok nagar metro station). The address of the company is:-

Even i called him today (16th aug) as i m in great need of money, he said to pay me after end of sep 2010.it is not that much amount that he cannot afford it but the fact behind this is he use to recruit the freshers specially girls, indulge them in new project and after the completion of project, he use to create the enviornment so that the employee herself left the company so that he don't need to pay them...
I think this bullshit has to be stop, please take the Immediate action, need your support to get my salary for the days i have worked for.
