NO use of this complaint to CCS police station in hyderabad. Hundreds of students life spoiled because of this company and till now they didn't pay back money.
I have each and every document what they given to me as a employee of that company. As my family is poor family, I joined this company by taking 1 lakh money from my relatives.
HYDERABAD: The chief executive officer (CEO) of 5 M Tech Heads (software company) B Surya Prasad, 42, and its vice-chairman Sita Kumari, 63, were arrested on Saturday for duping hundreds of engineering graduates. They were arrested by the White Collar Offences wing attached to the Central Crime Station (CCS).
On June 26, police received a complaint that 5 M Tech Heads software company located in Begumpet had conducted campus selections at various engineering colleges in Chittoor, Khammmam, Tirupati and other places and recruited B Tech students as software trainees and duped the graduates.
At the time of appointment, the company collected Rs one lakh from each employee as security deposit. In all, 200 graduates were recruited and Rs two crore was collected from them. They were told that the security deposit would be refunded on completion of one year, according to an official release issued here on Saturday.
After taking on the software trainees, the management ran the company for three to four months and paid less than what was mentioned in the appointment orders. Later, they closed the company, but did not refund the security deposits, the release said.
