My salary for the past three months has been pending with the company and it has not been paid by Luminous Engineering and Technologies Private Limited (Lets)..upon many requests the Hr and finance people are saying that the company is not well financially but top people are getting paid on time... this is really frustrating and i have not option but to leave the job and complain against them... can any one please suggest how can i make them pay my dues.
