Provident fund not get

Dear PF Office,

I applied my Settlement application on 21st. october My reciept no

is DLCPM101000016332. My PF No is: DL/38867/00087. In my application

my organisation Hamar TV has not signed my Form 19 as there was no

signing authority in the company for last 6 months. Inplace ofv that I

got my form 19 sighned/attested by my saving bank Branch manager

(ICICI BANK, EXHIBITION ROAD, PATNA .) Please let me know the current

status of my claim.
