Company not providing medical claim

Dear sir,

I Pankaj Agarwal, Employed in RBS on Mafoi's Payrole from Sep. my problem is that company have to pay a medical claim of INR 50, 000 on any Hospitalaization for its employ, and I was Hospitalaized for 5 days in november and I was applyed for claim in jan. 2011 and submited all docouments but till date I have not get any claim, when I asked about claim them they replayed that your claim can not be approved becouse you have subbmit docouments 2 months late.

Sir I was get treatment from 11/11/10 to 07/12/10 and subbmit my all docouments on 28/12/10, so how can I two months Late?

I thought they are making me fool only because I was subbmited all docouments at the right time.

Please give me any suggestion as soon as possible
