This complaint is regarding the non receipt of the Provident Claim that I had made 8 months back and there is no update since then.
I have submitted my form with Mr. Gaurav who was posted at the Iffco Tokio Corporate office and I was working for Iffco Tokio Gen. Insurance Co. Ltd. as well but on the roles of Ma Foi. I have done regualar follow ups with the Ma foi chennai over the phone and through E Mail as well.
I only get only one line reply that its under process. I have the records of the Email and telephonic conversations.
I would be very grateful if you can please help me sort the matter whether my application form has been received by Ma foi Chennai and then sent to Govt. office for further processing.
