Sub:- Regarding PF withdrawal for last year
Dear Sir,
I had worked in Supply Chain Dep’t. in the capacity of a SAP Commercial Assistant for last one year at Tata Chemicals Ltd., Sec-62, Noida, (U.P.) for the period 16th June ’08 to 31st July ’09.
Further I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had couriered my PF withdrawal form before my resignation but in spite of several oral request I haven’t receive my PF through Team 4 U till.
Moreover I have not recd. satisfy response or answer regarding my pf status.
So, I pray to consider my case sympathically.
