I wish to inform you that, we have gone through your interview answer scripts and the resume which you sent for this international career opportunity to work in Magnus Oil Field Scotland, we are delighted to appoint you this day and we are also keen to the interesting answers given to the interview questions that were sent to you for this employment.
However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting and your eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed in my office by the Company’s Management However, as we are appointing you this day, you are expected to get all your travelling documents through the assistance of the instructed British Immigration Attaché who is a staff with British Consulate in India. Please you are strictly advised to follow his instructions and allow him to get your entry clearance done according to the rules of the immigration service.
Note: That the entire travelling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the British Consulate in your Country, according to the United Kingdom Immigration service. You are required to send the sign off copy of this Intent Appointment Letter to Peter Beckingham. at the Embassy via mail for the visa application forms to be given to you and sending your Intent appointment letter to him is evidence that you are our candidate whom all the necessary help should be availed to you. We consorted with Peter Beckingham to process your visa application forms, in order that your visa application forms will not be delayed as a result of personnel incapability to succeed in face to face interview with the UK visa authority in India. In order words, you shall allow him to register your application as his candidate and as soon as he gets your application registered, he shall be providing the application reference number to you to enable you track your application process online.
Other company related documents like certificate of sponsorship and all have been sent to the British Consulate India to enable in further processing of the visa application forms that you shall be receiving from Peter Beckingham. Your file will be opened through the office of the British Immigration Attaché (Peter Beckingham) as his candidate in the British Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.
We have agreed that the visa fee which is (26, 250 Rs) should be paid by you and, this is in accordance to the Contract of employment you signed with us. However, Company Management shall reimburse this fee to when your visa is obtained and we will send you a flight ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation which would accommodate six people has been provided to you throughout your career with this Company.
Please note: That it is not possible to attend the visa department or British Consulate’s premises at the British High Commission except by appointment and for security reasons, do not disclose your offer with anybody and do not be equally yoked with any form of discussion regarding your international career until you are through with getting your visa within the stipulated time that will be given by Peter Beckingham.
Subsequently, the expenses encored on the cause of procuring your travelling documents should be reimbursed within couple of days of your arrival here in the company upon the presentation of receipts as evidence of payment or before you leave Indian for the United Kingdom. You will have to immediately contact Peter Beckingham. that is representing a higher percentage of expatriate status employees with relations to the visa processing by sending the sign copy of your intent appointment letter to him.

Welcome to Magnus Oil Field Company! With reference to your application and interview for employment pursuant to the service contract for {Office Management} in this firm, we are pleased to confirm that you have been appointed on this day 18/11 as one of the member of this Company for the 2011 employment in Scotland. Your commission has been forwarded to the employment roster Magnus north -east of Shetland, Scotland, United Kingdom in block number 211/12a.
Where you are to appear and qualify within the next 5 years as required by the law of this firm. You are appointed on the following terms and conditions.
1. Your initial place of posting will be at office at Shetland Scotland United Kingdom as stated above.
2. We shall provide free accommodation not exceeding six occupants in our housing community for you throughout your work in Magnus.
3. You have been offered to work as our {Office Management} at the salary of 6, 630 Pounds per Month with annual salary of 79, 560 Pounds.
4. The contract period is five years but renewable in every five years if you wish to continue with us.
5. You are expected to join us as early as possible as and not later than 18th December.
6. You shall be having 28 days vacation in every given 12 Months

Furthermore, be you informed that you should proceed immediately to get your visa with the assistant of British Attaché at British High Commission in your country and you are required to join us in United Kingdom on the 18th December after the visa is issued to you.
