I am Sachin Salle, an Indian citizen staying in Mumbai, I took up a job with Marcus Evans Hindustan pvt ltd On 6th Dec in Mumbai,
I was hired as Sales Executive for one of their vertical called Thg Sports, which is into sports event.
My job was to sell sports event to corporates in India.
The reason of my petition is that this company is under paying their employees with false promises of high commission, International Travel opportunities and to be part of one on the sport events like F1 or Ipl,
As I am one of the victim who is been cheated by this company, they promised me to make sales
and they promised me a lot against it, and when i made the sales they always had some reason not to pay me the amount promised, they also promoted me twice but they never increased my salary as promised i still worked for them looking at the bigger picture which doesn't exists.
This company is a total scam for employees like us they are UK based company they come here in India as its the easy market with no regulation no inspection or proper documentation, I found out they are an entrepreneurial company and they named them as Pvt Ltd, they are not following the company laws as they are not registered with any proper Government Organisation, they also don't pay PF or the necessary allowances as per the law, they are also getting their foreign employees who come on business Visa and they work here without paying taxes to the Indian government as their payments are deposited in Dubai office to save Tax. They also accept Cash payments from their clients against any receipt.
I am not the only one who has faced problem with this company there are many more who has faced problem before as well, I can give their references if required, I can also give references of the companies and their Md who has faced trouble from this company.
As I am a citizen of India and I wish good for our country, Companies like these are stealing our human resources for their benefit and also cheating Big companies in India and robbing us.
Most of the employees are not aware of these facts as they don't stay for long as they are underpaid and cheated and most of them want to help India and our people from companies like these but they don't know where to complaint.
As I know one of your Human Rights member he asked me to file a petition so that you can work on these, I believe in your organisation and have hopes that you will teach a lesson to these kind of companies and bring this information in public, If you need my time as witness and if you need more reference I will always be available.
