Charges INR1000 for placement on 17.04.10 but till now they provide only 2 interview call which is a eye wash, and now they are not redy to talk also

They have charged INR1000 for registration, and commit to give interview call atleast 6 calls in one month, but after giving one call one of representative Ms. Prinka behaves wrongly and try to avoid, upon several time request she even not interested to talk with the candidate,

till now the status is as early, Please help
