Regarding Everything About Company: Hope this may help someone..im currently working n this company..my first word is to u is PLS DON'T JOIN..
ABOUT UR DEPOSIT: the company is not fake now..actually going to be fake..that's d opt word to describe this company..here u have to pay 1 lakh as a security deposit..after 1 year they ll refund money only if freshers joined that time..(simply they get money from freshers and give it to one who s going to relieve..)In that 1 year u ll become their slave..
ABOUT COMPANY MANAGEMENT: actually they don't even know the meaning of the word MANAGEMENT..one CEO, one HR and another one guy..all r from TN only..if salary date comes, no one ll come to office..u can't find anyone..mentioned one guy, right? he s always using tobacco inside the office..he s nothing..he got some higher sec education only but u have to adjust whatever he scold u..
ABOUT SALARY: simply forget your salary if u ready to join..its like battle every time when u get your salary.. they put salary for every 50 days..simply they deposit your 1lakh n bank.every month they got all the interests (interest of all the employees)..they don't put salary too..this s d major business they r doing n d office..
ABOUT TRAINING: answer s 0 (in programming it s NULL)..haha:)..after joining if u ask these words..there everyone ll simply laugh..they r not providing any training..they r like bullshit..u have to learn yourrself... its better to join some training institute and looking for a good job.. they don't even have a capability to run the training center.u can't learn anything ..no one here can't learn anything here..we suffered a lot..
ABOUT SYSTEMS: All systems r n rent only..systems don't work often..they ll give one system for 4 new joinees (remember college lab)..u can't have the rights to ask anyone..if u ask anything they ll suspend u (they take your salary for that suspension dates)..
ABOUT EMPLOYEES WHO CURRENTLY WORKING: most of them joined here unknowingly..only after joining here only we realize our stupidity..no issues buddy ..if u ready to pay 1 lakh for your job then u can pay..but not to this company..not to this guys..why should u make someone rich who don't even know the meaning of the word management...? why should u voluntarily become a slave to some f***** a*******..
employees who finished 1 year, they also suffered a lot..if u go for some interview after 1 year and if u tell the projects that u have done here..they won't hire you..
ABOUT PROJECTS: all r local projects..from TN only..that's y i told u, u can't learn anything from there.one more thing is if u r not a tamilian then u ll become a dumb inside the office..all r from tamilnadu..its not like a company..like some slum place..no one there talk in english..after one year u ll be n a same place where u started..
i'm totally shocked .. In this consumer complaint forum, someone had given some fare comments... he must be a management guy OR the one who got experience here and not yet get their refund.. only if freshers r joining means they ll get their refund..that s the only reason..
ABOUT COMPANY WEBSITE: fully fake.they put some abroad place as their branch in company website..mumbai as a headquarters..that's entirely fake.these brainless fools can't even manage their company in Bangalore.how these morons can make it to foreign? that's ridiculous..
PLS ..This s my humble request... don't trust any management guys who r there n the company..they ll eat your money..better to ask anyone who are currently working n the company..pls don't join..put your 1 lakh in bank..u ll be the master of that money..don't waste your life like us..
