Apponment letter not giving by company

Dear sir,

i was join mas financial service before 1.5 month, company given offer letter and after i was join the company, now the company can not give appointment letter, their was no any responsible person, i was request many time but company HR manager Mr. Joby Joseph is using bad language and i called many time but he not pick up my call. and last 1.5 month company can not give me any reason why my letter is not giving, and also company can not give my salary payment, and also i have submit my all sufficient document when I'm in training. i want to return my all document and my 1.5 month salary and relieving letter.
