CHEATING COMPLAIN against employer for not giving salary

Kalyani; Dist- Nadia; Pin-741235, wish to inform the following facts as a law abiding, disciplined and honest resident of India against Mr. Niladri Ghosh-HR, Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharjee –Director, Mr. Sarvesh Agrahari-Director and Mr. Subhranil Banerjee-Director of my previous employer named Mastermind Advisory Services Ltd. They has not given my salary from 1st June to 20th August.
