NON RECIEPT OF EPF

I applied for redemption of PF amount after leaving the company. After few months when I enquired they told that they have not recieved my Pf form, then I resubmitted the form again but the form was returned stating that it has already been settled for the amount of Rs 21280/- and Rs 4865/- but I have never received the cheques. Pls look into the matter how can I get my cheques
