EPF Not received

Dear Sir,

Below are my EPF Details,

Kiran Kumar Bandaru V S S (Emp. ID-13946), TN/51929/222.

I resigned from the Minvesta infotech Ltd Company on July 23rd 2010.Upto now i didn't receive any EPF from the company.

After contacting them several times finally, they send a mail Please look into the mail below,

Please check through EPFO site by second week of June.

That means i am waiting for my EPF almost one years, for this can I give the complaint for legal actions on this company.

Please do the justice leated to this,
