Zero Client-Servicing Skills!!!

I am currently engaging Monster India for an email marketing campaign for a client and I would strongly recommend NO ONE to do business with them.

I have to follow up for everything right from Performance Reports to Agreements and the only time their team is prompt is when they need to collect their payments.

What's pathetic is that they expect you to prepay the entire amount and then you are left at their mercy to complete any assignment you offer them!

Shoddy Client Services from bottom to top.

Am sure if I had to go to another job portal I would've had my campaign done much better!
