Threatning by the Senior management and HR of the company

It is very sad to inform that I have been working in Mphasis an HP company for 3 years and when I had issues which were reported to the HR first they denied every thing and later they accepted some and rest were ignored.

For getting this issue resolved it took 9 months but only half the issue was resolved as spoke to The CEO, and I was told that dont think that because i spoke to the CEO the issue is resolved. A very diplomatic answer given.

I raised the issue again as the issues were not resolved and new issues arised withthe same issue this year.

All the Hr involved have left the company and when I contacted the New Hr guys regarding the same, I had informed that the issue is going on for long and I will escalate the issue.

I was called for a meeting and was taken for a ride with all the issue happened throughout my worklife in the company and was asked to shut my mouth and keep working or action will be taken against me.

Please note that the Company has not given any hike in salary till date what we got is market correction.

All intigrity issues were notified to the whistle blower team, but instead any actions being taken the person was promoted, there are new joiniees in the company who are earning higher salary then we older guys evn they being freshers.

This is injustice and there is no one to take care of this.

When things are pointed out, I am being told that I am spoiling my carrier in the company as well as my personal life.

Kindly let me know where should I take the complaintto get a solution on all the issues in the company as I dont want to Leave my hard earned money.
