Is noukri.com a good platform for job seekers or not? plz help

I just want to know that is there anybody who gets benefited by these kind of Job & Career sites. I submitted my profile on noukri.com aprrx. 3 month ago & also applied to many employers, but till the date I have no any single response from the employers. If anybody who gets benefited by this job site leave a comment. I am waiting. Plz help me.
