I am Kaushik Dutta an Ex-employee of Nestle India Ltd Kolkata Branch, resigned from the services of nestle on 21/08, and accordingly applied for my EPF claims through Nestle India ltd, Kolkata Branch of January vide my EPF Account number WB/25913/600 but till now I have not yet recieved the claims. I tried to contact the concerned person Mr Abhijit Kole of Nestle Kolkata Branch unlimited number of times but he was reluctant on the issue and avoided my calls. Could you please guide me what should be the future course of action in this matter.
