1) I am kailash suthar i have worked in Netel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as site-Engg. for 9 month at the time of joining they told me my they will give me salary 5841/- and daily allowance will be given 100/-per day out side mumbai. so company send me to andhra-pradesh for project i have to send my money for traveling almost 1900/- so they told me company will pay you your all traveling, food, accommodation.but now they are not giving me my 38 day's D.A and my expances i have worked there day and night.
2) after 6month they company told me they increase my salary 7000/- from may But they not paid our salary of last 3 month so me and others were in strike we are not going to site at that time company M.D narendra sir they told me to give resignation so i resigned But its more than 3months pass but still my company has not given my salary for 2 full month i.e. may&june'2010 and thirteen days of july'2010. Also, they have not given reliving letter to me.
3) and they also cut march months 1000/- in the name of D.A from given traveling money without intimating me
Plz help me as cheating me from my company
