Hi,
I am Software professional working presently in New Delhi. I was employed in software service company in (Ace Technologies Pvt. Ltd) 314 Ansal Imperial tower Naraina Vihar New Delhi from Jan to July. I resigned from the company on 31st July serving a weeks notice due to regular non payment of salary by the employer.
At the time of resigning my four months salary (Feb to July) pending Rs 30000/- was pending and my last designation was Web Developer.
I have been granted the relieving documents minus my Full and Final settlement declaration, now my employers are not at all paying any heed
to my repeated follow ups for either the settlement document and my salary dues.
Frustrated, I am forced to take up this call. Can someone please guide me what action should i take?
