I want to complain against a fraud company named NICE or GNXT Solutions situated at Dwarka mor, Delhi. This company promised me to give job after completing a project within a time period choosen by me. They took a security amount of rs 2500 from me and told me to return after completing the project successfully in monthly installments of rs 500 and promised me to pay rs 15000 for that assigned project as renumeration. They also told me that their project manager will assist me if i'll face any problem in the logic of the programme and when i asked them for a logic, they never assisted me. However i completed the work in time and now they neither paid me the renumeration amount nor my security deposit (rs 2500) and havn't even gave me the job.
Finally i asked them for the experience certificate, they send me a softcopy which does not print option.
I want the concerned authorities to take action on these type of fraud people and arrest them for playing with lives and money of innocent freshers.
I've tried attach the offer letter that they have given me and other related mails but they have made the offer letter in a format so that it can't be uploaded. Sorry for this but i can send it through mails if required.
