I was working with Lexmark India Pvt Ltd in Kolkata as Technical Software Engineer and Left due to personal reasons. I got an offer from INFY BBSR and in process of thoughts of upgrading myself with latest Technologies and Got Admitted to NIVT (Novel Research and Development India Ltd) Salt Lake Kolkata Branch.

NIVT Claimed that They are Govt Of India Establishment and under Ministry Of Labour and Employment.
However, I found out the Faculties (Srijit Paul and Anubrata) was not aware of the Subjects at all and none of them could have a proper training sessions where I actually can learn something. Also, I found that none of my sessions started at the start time I agreed. Eventually everyday I had to wait for 30-40 mins for the faculty availability;means even though the faculties dont have any proper action they made me wait so long.
Third thing is the cost for only projects live is 5000 Rs and 6 weeks whole package is 9000 RS. I was doing only live project but they have charged me whole 9000 Rs. In that they have chaeated me for 4000 Rs.
And finally I was busy with my coding and tasks inside NIVT but suddenly one faculty came and told me to go away for a small reasons and when I didnt agree they made me withdraw the whole package for me and when I asked for refund they disagree and even the center manager threated to pay money/penalty for the mentioned small reasons. I am very disappointed about the polocies and behaviour and want a proper justice and refunding of the amount.
